It’s easier to explain saline removal/ lightening  as reverse tattooing.  Instead on putting pigment in, we are using a solution to flush the pigment out through the surface of the skin. 

 “saline removal/ lightening” is the best method for eyebrows because it does not destroy hair like laser can.  The pigment is also brought to the surface of your skin, instead of flushed through your lymphatic system like lasering. 

The particles are broken up with a saline solution and tattoo gun. How many sessions you will need typically depends on how deep the pigment is and the type of pigment used.
